Can I exchange or return my purchase?

At PaleoPowders it is possible to return your online purchases within 14 days. During this period you can return the order - or a part thereof - if possible in the original packaging.

How can I return my purchase?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order by using the model withdrawal form and quoting your order number. You also have the option of cancelling your order in another way, as long as you state your name, address and order number. The return costs are to be borne by you. All returns must comply with our return conditions. When returning the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. This period of 14 days commences at the time you send back the items or indicate that you wish to do so.

What are your return conditions?

  • Used or already opened articles cannot be returned.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • Use the original shipping box for the return.
  • The cooling-off period for returning products is 14 days from the first day after receipt.
  • After cancelling the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
  • PaleoPowders will charge the shipping costs if an order is not received or is not picked up at the pick-up location. The shipping costs which PostNL charges to consumers will apply.
  • The return costs as well as the risk are for your own account.

How can I exchange a product?

Would you like to exchange an unopened product for a different one within 14 days? That is possible. In that case, please first contact our customer service via or +31 (0) 88 - 303 88 55 to make sure that the product you want is in stock. To make sure that the exchange process runs as smoothly and quickly as possible, it is important that you include (a copy of) the original packing slip in your return. Write on this packing note which product you want to exchange for which product. Once your product has been returned, we will send you the item to be exchanged.

I have received a damaged product. What do I do with it?

At PaleoPowders, we always do our utmost to package each product as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, it does happen occasionally that a product is damaged. In this case, please always contact our customer service team immediately.

I have a complaint. Where can I go?

Our aim is for you to be satisfied with everything you buy at PaleoPowders. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, something has gone wrong with the delivery or you have another complaint? Please contact us immediately. We are ready to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
