Can I exchange or return my purchase?
At Paleo Powders, it is possible to return your online purchases within 14 days. During this period, you can return the order - or part of it - in its original packaging if possible.
How can I return my purchase?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order by using the model withdrawal form and quoting your order number. You also have the option of cancelling your order in another way, as long as you state your name, address and order number. The return costs are to be borne by you. All returns must comply with our return conditions. When returning the entire order, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. This period of 14 days commences at the time you send back the items or indicate that you wish to do so.

- Used or already opened articles cannot be returned.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.
- Use the original shipping box for the return.
- The cooling-off period for returning products is 14 days from the first day after receipt.
- After cancelling the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
- Paleo Powders will charge shipping costs if an order is not received or not picked up at the pickup location. This is subject to the shipping costs charged to consumers by PostNL.
- The return costs as well as the risk are for your own account.
How can I exchange a product?
Want to exchange an unopened product for another within 14 days? That is possible. In that case, please contact our customer service first at info@Paleopowders.com or +31 (0) 88 - 303 88 55 to make sure your product is in stock. To ensure that the exchange process runs as smoothly and quickly as possible, it is important that you provide the return shipment with (a copy of) the original packing slip. Write on this packing slip which product you want to exchange for which product. As soon as your product is returned, we will ship the exchange item to you.
I have received a damaged product. What do I do with it?
At Paleo Powders, we always do our best to package each product as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, in an occasional case, it still happens that a product gets damaged. In this case, please always contact our customer service department immediately.
I have a complaint. Where can I go?
Our goal is that you are satisfied with everything you buy from Paleo Powders. In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, something has gone wrong with the delivery or you have another complaint? Please contact us immediately. We are ready to solve the problem as soon as possible.
